Bio
Hi! So surprise! I'm not a guy. I’m a mom of 4 awesome sons, a wife of a terrific hardworking man and daughter of God thanks, to Jesus! Not to mention one of the nicest but quirky redheads. Made up a word Bleace (Bliss+Peace).

The many situations I have been in or observed. Those that I love have suffered from illnesses, death, alcoholism, drug abuse, lies told to cover up embarrassment, betraying relationships, verbal/ physical/sexual abuses, abandonment, and expectations destroyed. Seeing loved ones with fears of being rejected, pushed away, and told to keep quiet. This was thought to save someone else from not knowing your pain or cause someone else pain.

Living Off-the-Cuff
With the many self-help books out there, no one can imagine the millions of perspectives out there, including my own. Until you see all the viewpoints in different writings, then you are bombarded with which direction to go. Even the different religious books state in one way or the other, theirs is the one and only to read. Not saying that you shouldn’t read your preferred books, by no means. These writings all give you an outline, of the day in the life of the one writing it, of course. The author’s point of view or experience is what they write from, that may or may not help you at the time. We essentially do know (or should know) what is right and wrong for us.

Lessons from Project Management
Before the housing market crash of 2008, I thrived in a small kitchen & bath retail store and cabinet shop. I was the project and business manager. This path taught me a lot about builders, owners, sales, product information, and of course customers. In 4 short years of being in this shop, I pretty much did everything the owner did. Our slogan was from conception to completion we will make your dream come true. I worked with every kind of builder, contractor, and customers that would come through our doors. Most were nice and friendly people that were excited to have their dream kitchen or bath that they’ve always wanted. Others had to rebuild from a fire or damage and needed to work within a budget usually dictated by insurance companies.
