“The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window.” Josh stated to nobody in particular since he was alone. The darkness of night was absolute. It was so quiet that he heard only his heart throbbing in his ear. The sky overcast it’s shadow as the moon shone through the trees bathing the dirt, brown leaves, and faggots laying on the ground. The smell of dampness and rotted vegetation hung in the air like a piercing cry from a lonesome owl ghosting the forest.

Scintillation
There wasn't always dragons in the valley until that one fateful day some scientist thought it wise to tinker around with evolution. All it took was a little thought from some super smart guy to have some super smart idea that turned out to be the single most super stupid idea in the whole of humanity. They should've known that things would go awry. I mean... Seriously... What made them think that they could contain such a beast anyways?

River Of Lost Souls
There weren't always dragons in the valley where the River Of Lost Souls now flows. Not a single one ever existed. Not even in the old stories of giant reptiles walking and hunting on the earth in the past. Which is what I thought the tracks belonged to.

Perilous Heroics
"There wasn't always dragons in the valley..." started the storyteller Crim. He was an aged old man with long white hair and a long scraggly beard to match. His clothing was a simple patched and stained dark blue and grey robe with stars, moons, and suns all over it.
