Finding Out Who I Am, Was Just The Beginning
Finding out who I am, was just the beginning. Some years ago I was searching. I was looking for who I was. Not just who I was but who my ancestors were. Even though I had stopped stripping and started to live a so called normal life, I still felt lost. I would think to myself this is it? I just work, get married, then die? I needed something more. I needed to find out more about my history. So I started researching at the library. First I read different history books. Then I heard a voice say. Go to the internet. I was hesitant at first because I remember in school, I was taught by teachers that everything on the internet was a lie so I shouldn’t trust it when doing research. I found out quickly that was not so true. I listened to that voice and went ahead to find out more about myself and my ancestors. It actually helped speed up the search for me by using the internet. At this time I had also just started to read ancient writings. I was realizing and discovering more about who I am.

Natural Hair: Grow Long Hair with Heat
This article details how to grow and retain length using heat on natural hair. One way to do this is with a method called “The Tension Method”. It is a way to use heat carefully on type natural hair so that it doesn’t break off or get damaged. Many use blow-dryers with comb attachments, or they use a vent brush to pull through hair while drying it. But this doesn’t work for everybody. For some women, this can still be hard to do because of the tight curls. I’m quite sure many natural ladies do not want to rip their hair out while they blow-dry their hair. It’s important to show your hair tender love and care. Even when it comes to using heat, you want to keep this in mind. These steps have helped me retain length over the years and I would like to share with others how to achieve this. If you like blowouts but your hair can’t handle the common way to blow-dry your hair, the tension method is an excellent way to achieve great results. And you can still embrace your natural tresses in a stretched state like anyone else.

Robots. I never thought I would be living in a world where these things would actually exist. Not only exist but live as humans among us and even obtain citizenship. More and more, I see articles about AI and the more advanced they are becoming. Scientists are so excited about their inventions they've created. They have continued to work on turning robots more human-like as possible for many years. Some of these robots are made so well you really can't tell the difference between us and them. Almost. They have different ethnicities, languages, emotions etc. Of course, they even look perfect which I think could make some people feel insecure, which I know sounds weird. But that's not far-fetched because so many people, especially women are used to not putting up pictures without filters. Or used to getting multiple plastic surgeries. Looking fake seems to be in. Robots would be the ultimate standard beauty for many. Every day people think it's cool and are increasingly desensitized to these non-living beings.

Tiny Home Adventure
A couple of years ago, far away from my hometown, I moved out to the country in Texas. I was married at the time and agreed to live off-grid to prepare for what was to come in the times we live in. Things like disasters, cities shutting down, etc. I was nervous and excited and the same time. I dreamed this would be a great start to a new relationship and new life. Plus the land owned by close friends of ours, so I felt comfortable living there with people I knew. But being that this was completely new for me, I struggled to adjust.

Why I went Natural
I started getting chemical relaxers when I was a small child. My mother would relax my hair a few times a year. Once I became a teenager, I learned how to apply the "creamy crack" on my own. I was so used to it by this time. I would retouch the roots every 6 weeks to 2 months. Yes, it was excessive but this was all I knew about hair. I considered my hair still natural because I didn't wear a weave most of the time. I tried extension braids a couple of times as well as ponytail weaves. I even tried drawstring wigs when I was a young adult. But the majority of my life, I wore my real hair but in a permanent straight look.

Life on the Pole
Humble Beginnings I wanted the money. I needed a quick way to live on my own and be a so-called independent woman. I was young but legal. And I wanted attention. So an older man I dated, knew the ins and outs of the sex entertainment industry. He talked me into trying out at a low-end strip club. They had amateur night every Thursday, so I prepared for my great debut that week. My man at the time took me to a woman's house where she had a closet full of various lingerie, exotic wear, and shoes. I was excited but incredibly nervous at the same time. I couldn't believe I was actually going to do this. I was shy to be naked on stage in front of a bunch of people I didn't know. I mean whether I was naked or not I've always been shy to be in front of crowds. And this was in front of a group of men. But I definitely was not a virgin and wasn't new to the sex industry. That is why I was willing to try this new journey. I wanted something different. Something that would make me rich and famous. Something that could give me more opportunities and get me stable. Something that would get me hated but admired.
