Dealing with time management as a college student
Time management is a problem for college students. The reason for this is that they have homework, tests, quizzes to prepare, and then they have jobs in the evening. At other times, they need to do good well on their academics because a college semester is only 13-15 weeks, so they really get to put effort and avoid failing a class because tuition is expensive, and they don’t want to repeat a course and pay twice. When it comes to jobs, they must work full time or part time since their paychecks cover some tuition and the living expense. Moreover, students usually work more on the summertime to get more money coming in the way. Students must take lots of classes per semester in order to finish in timely manner. They must study a lot to prepare for their tests because they are a part of their grade that can help them to pass the class and get over the course. A lot of students pay their tuition thanks to scholarships, so they need to keep their GPA high if they don’t want to lose that money. To cope with this amount of work and studies, one should be a goodtime manager. Proper time management helps to complete all assigned work on time that leads to having extra time that can be used for jobs or rest. Using time efficiently gives the benefits of having extra opportunities for learning and entertainment. By managing time, one can lower stress, avoid depression and anxiety, and keep focus on current studies and future career. To solve this time management problem for college students, first, they need to be prepared and start being positive because it can help gain confidence that the assignments can be finished.
