Basic On Molecular Genetic- Isolation and Purification Of DNA; Part 4 (Plant Cells).
INTRODUCTION Similar to animal cells, plant cells are also living things with a nucleus containing genetic material; some main differences that distinguish a plant cell from an animal cell are: plant cell has a cellulose cell wall, large vacuoles, and chloroplasts, to mention but a few, but animal cells do not have these. Due to the presence of a cell wall in plant cells, different enzyme is used to disrupt its cell wall when isolating and purifying DNA, and instead of the chemical method that is used during DNA extraction and purification in animal cell, a mechanical method is used for plant cells.

Basic On Molecular Genetics- Mutation and DNA Isolation and Purification In Animal Cells (Part 3).
Introduction Since we have understood what DNA, Genes, and CRISPR are, let us understand what mutation is and the various methods employed by molecular geneticists to isolate and purify DNA from an organism of interest; we will be considering animals, plants, bacteria and how their genetic materials are extracted in the laboratory; isolating and purifying DNA is the first step molecular geneticists employed before editing a gene of interest.

Molecular Genetics- Basic.
Sub-topic: DNA, Genome, Genes, Inheritance, Mutations, Genetic Disease, PCR, CRISPER, ETC. - PART. 1 Introduction The blueprint of life is DNA; DNA contains the genetic information that is passed from parents to their offspring. This genetic information is in-coded by four letters A, T, G, and C in genes which is the basics for inheritance. Usually, A pairs with T and G with C; the four letters when paired are called base pairs. When there is a mismatch with any of the bases, it is referred to as a genetic mutation. There are several techniques a molecular geneticist employs to sequence a genome, identify an area of mutation, correct/ manipulate it, or find a therapy.

TYPES OF SOIL EROSIONS, THEIR DEFINITIONS, THEIR CAUSES, THEIR NEGATIVE EFFECTS, AND MEASURES TO PREVENT THEM.
Introduction THIS ARTICLE IS ABOUT THE TYPES OF SOIL EROSIONS, THEIR DEFINITIONS, THEIR CAUSES, THEIR NEGATIVE EFFECTS, AND MEASURES TO PREVENT THEM. The soil is the outermost part of the earth that covers the earth's surface; it is home to some organisms, humans cultivate the soil for food and build shelters on them. If our soil is not well taken care of, it might not be able to provide the requirements needed for human use.

The Cardiovascular System- The Heart.
Heart Introduction The human body is made of many systems that work together to ensure the normal functioning of an individual; the cardiovascular system is responsible for transporting oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart and from the heart together with other important substances to the rest of the body. Deoxygenated blood and other substances such as carbon dioxide are transported from all parts of the body to the heart and then the lungs; the circle then repeats.

THE STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION OF PARTS OF A FLOWER.
Introduction: The flower is the most attractive part of most plants; flowers that are pollinated by animals have brightly colored petals and those pollinated by wind have less brightly colored petals. Flowers undergo two types of pollination referred to as cross-pollination and self-pollination; most flowers that undergo self-pollination are referred to as perfect flowers because they have both male and female sex organs; and some flowers that undergo cross-pollination have one sex organ responsible for reproduction and they are referred to as imperfect flowers.

MY THOUGHTS ON THE CURRENT CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN GAZA AND ISRAEL
MY THOUGHTS ON THE CURRENT CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN GAZA AND ISRAEL INTRODUCTION: As usual, this article is not to support any side of the current conflict ongoing in Gaza nor is this article based on any facts but reasoning based on information I have gathered over the past few weeks. My objective is to ask some questions and based on those questions, come up with a reasonable solution rather than taking any side.
