What You can Learn from Me
If you've ever struggled with anxiety or depression, you've probably heard the term "wellness" an innumerable amount of times. As for myself, who has struggled with anxiety and depression, I've heard the term but never really knew what it meant. Wellness as in caring for myself? I had always been so caught up in my own mind that the idea confused me. For example, how could something as simple as me taking a shower somehow positively affect my mental health?

Tiny Purse Tyranny
I feel like this trend that I absolutely despise has been overshadowed by 2020's baffling low-rise pants, exposed thongs, and of course, the incorrect mask (it goes over the nose). This trend that I am about to mention has been hiding. I'll see it every now and then, but never quite in its full force. But, it does have the potential for a comeback, so I'm hoping to squash that possibility right now.

As some of you may very well know, I just recently moved to Washington, DC. It had been a dream of mine far almost as long as I could remember. And, one thing I recalled from my many trips in the past was how great the restaurant scene was.

I remember seeing her as a child. I was young, but I still can recall thinking her presence to be odd and forced. Then it was myself, younger sister, and youngest brother. I believe I was nine, and my twin siblings trailed behind me at five years old. Our mother and father were upstairs, and we were in our pajamas playing about in the basement.
