Summer love
The cabin in the woods had been abandoned for years, but one night, a candle burned in the window. I thought it was weird, but my classmates had discussed challenging themselves to stay in the “haunted house” overnight. I wasn’t surprised that they chose tonight considering the full moon. I decided to check on them in the morning and hear the ghost stories I’m sure they would be excited to share. My last summer home was just beginning and losing out on all the summer fun was not on my agenda.

Rise
There weren't always dragons in the valley. We had heard stories from travelers, their homes and families torn apart by the monsters that took their time searching for even the tiniest of humans, seeming to smirk as they slurped every drop of human blood they could consume. My Mama
When I was 16 my drug addicted father kicked me out of the house and told me "You will be here by seven o'clock to get your stuff or it will be out on the street," life after that became a mess of drugs, parties and couch surfing. There was a family. that no matter what I was going through and no matter how hard life got, they always had my back. One person in the family really gave me the safe space that I needed to work through my troubles. She passed away this last summer and this letter is everything I wish I could say to her.

Bones
So many people these days love a good murder mystery and that is one thing that led me to love one of my favorite shows of all times. It is no longer running new episodes but it always kept me on my toes! The show that I have loved since the first episode was, Bones! It has a strong intelligent female lead with a handsome man supporting her. It has mystery and drama, all the ingredients for an exciting show.
