3 Ways To Maintain Focus As You Age
In the meantime, we can do our part to keep our attention focused on reducing distractions so that we can improve our stress skills, and then intensify our brain-stimulating activities with activities such as exercise, meditation, outdoors, and focused video games. We can improve our concentration by doing just one thing at a time. To improve our attention span, we need to eliminate distractions (especially as we grow older) and increase our ability to focus on one task at a time. Focus is an important asset in our lives, and as we grow older we all notice changes in our ability to focus on things.
