On the cusp of 23; too young for anyone over 30 to understand. Adulting for the very first time.
I'm not made out of money, and if I was, it wouldn't matter because I'd be a finite sum. That's why when it comes to my television options I want something affordable without sacrificing quality. I want the best projectors you can buy under $500. I'm adulting for the first time, baby! That means I walk it how I talk it and rake it up all week. But I'm not spending my cashmoney on bloody shoes. The bank's not going to hold me down like Baby holds down Weezy. I want to make a smart choice for my TV and movie viewing options.
Getting high is an important part of my self-care routine, but now that I'm out of college, I can't just spend a whole afternoon stoned. I can spend part of an afternoon under the influence, but then I gotta wrap it up! I need these tricks to sober up from a high so that I can continue my self-betterment. I got errands to run, books to read, exercise to do, and I need to prepare for my workday. If there's one thing I learned adulting, it's that the work days never stop coming.
When you've just moved into your first place like I have, you need as many lifehacks that will improve your home immediately as possible. I'm dealing with limited space, limited experience, and a fear of losing my security deposit thanks to property damage. So if it helps me maximize space, minimize risk, and makes me feel better about living on my own (but with roommates!), then I'm all for it.
I like to go to Trader Joe's, buy some two buck chuck, and just invite a bunch of people over. I can do that now that I have my own place! And if I'm going to have a bunch of people over drinking from the same type of glasses, I need to have some attachable wine glass charms so people can keep track of what drink belongs to what person. They're truly among the must have items for every wine lover. These attachable wine glass charms add some much-appreciated quirkiness to any get-together.
