Monster brought family together
Monster brought family together Me and my three kids are used to being out and about all day....I take them for groceries...normal shopping, parks, Starbucks, extra curriculum activities...ice cream dates and even lunch at fancy restaurants!! Hubby works 2+ hours away (including traffic time)...he is only able to hang out with us as a family on weekends. However, If there are get together on weekends- we don’t get to hang out as a family so much....

Let the kids create
Kids being home for this long is never on any parents list- we all want to stay occupied! Have them learn and have things to do for ourselves- until this happens! And we realize how crazy it is to come out of our comfort zone and do something new...like stay home without our own will. It’s boring...it’s tiring....it’s frustrating...

The Z restaurant
I am a stay at home mommy with a busy hubby. My kids are 7, 4 and 2 years olds. Hubby works a full week at the office. Work from home perks are long gone. So I am home with the kids almost all day. It’s not easy, distance learning and then homework, Arabic classes, music class, online programs for school, and then the two toddlers. It’s not easy...yes I repeat it’s tough.

Story behind a perfect photo
There is something very common these days....looking at other people’s pics and feeling low about our own life. Even if it is for a few minutes this thought comes to mind...”wow look at those smiles, beautiful beach and gorgeous view, these people are so lucky”

Life with less of our tech friends
***Life with less of our tech friends*** Virtual learning blues are everywhere these days....We are all trying our best to really GET it. When the lockdown first started those zoom calls with teachers were always fun.... Kids looked forward to those calls and would get excited to see some familiar and friendly faces. However, now zoom classes are much longer. Kids have to complete their work and show their teacher everything they are learning. More homework and so many ways of participation.
