She arrived in a generic SUV as robins hopped about the lawn
Lately, my thoughts had been drawn to the feminine figure, with its slender breast and rounded thigh. According to my sensei, meditation is a process in which the mind guides the body. I would say that I was sexually aroused. As far as I was concerned, it was the issue.

A glass of fresh orange juice every morning, how healthy is that really?
Is a glass of fresh orange juice good for you or bad for you? As is so often the case, the truth is somewhere in the middle. The Cortisol Connection: Managing Stress in a Season of Panic
Stress can be defined as a state of mental, physical or emotional strain resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. High-stress levels are linked with excessive amounts of the hormone cortisol, which can induce negative mental and physical effects. In "The Cortisol Connection," Shawn Talbot describes how stress ("what you feel when life's demands exceed your ability to meet those demands") can cause blood levels of cortisol to rise excessively. Unless amounts of this hormone are brought under control, there is little point in dieting or exercising to prevent weight gain and disease. The book describes ways of lowering cortisol to levels compatible with excellent health.

Men's Sex Drive Can Cause Them to Be Insensitive
Men respect each other on the basis of power: either brute force, money or status. Men's role as protector gives them a natural sense of superiority over women. It is this male arrogance, and self-absorbed interest in their own sexual performance, that angers a woman. Men disrespect those (including gay men) who offer others the opportunity for penetration. If a man is offensive a woman will often fall silent. Women notice such things. But men tend to assume someone will assert their opinion if they disagree. A woman expects a man to respect common courtesies. Most women discontinue relationships with men who are consistently insensitive or disrespectful.
