Idols of Remembrance
She floated down the endless hallway, draped in frail cloth, her name long since lost to time. The ornate halls before her were dressed in an array of colors, and amazingly different sights. To her left and right stood statues of those who came before her. Like me, who they are has been lost in the Halls of Eternity. Some of the statues were much older than others, their names and features had begun to fade. But those of the Old Ones carried in stages of decomposition. Each idol was dressed and decorated as if they were captured from where they stood in their prime; natural flora lay around them. She stopped in her tracks, a newer statue stood before her. Oh Dear, when did you get here?

All Out of Spite
All that she does- is done out of spite. Her spite masquerades as defiance. She lives out of spite, breathes out of spite, and one day will die out of spite. When she is no longer willing to act defiant- to carry her spiteful nature in her chest.

Different Kind of Warmth
In the beginning, stepping underneath the bright lights would warm the surrounding air, and speaking was as easy as breathing. As the years went on becoming accustomed to the lights and their power- feeding off the warmth, and brightness.

A Letter to Him
Every part of me is yours so long as you'll have it. I appreciate you and all that you are. Spending hours with me, comforting me and making me smile when I get your notifications. You give me a reason to look forward to tomorrow. A spot light during ever dimming days.

Don't Ask me Why
It's a sink hole that rips through her chest, agonizingly- suddenly aching over her loneliness. A maze of which the walls are made of impenetrable fog, unable to just walk through, unable to find an exit. When her chest tightens, her finger tips get tingly.
