Family Frustrations:
Have you ever felt unlucky when you hear parents who frequently and deliberately belittle or mock your entire being? They sometimes or most of the times say words that hurt you deeply and they don’t want to hear you out about how you feel after hearing those frequent brutal negative tags and remarks thrown your way unwarranted just to upset or make you feel unwanted? They either compare you with others just to make you feel how inferior you are or else they compare you with those whom you don’t like by saying “ oh she is just like that person, they look same and behave same” as if you are not YOU but the other negative person whom you hate to be compared with. The worst part comes when they team up and start hurling negative words and distasteful comments and accusations, listening to which your ears pain, disturbs your mental peace and saps your energy?

A Fraudster typically create fake online profile designed to lure you. They may use a fictional name, or falsely take on the identities of real, trusted people such as military personnel, aid workers or professionals working anywhere locally or globally.

Motivation is the driving force for each one of us to put our efforts in whatever we chose to do and in absence of it,difficulty overpowers which stops us from doing and proceeding.Many times,we encounter situations in life when momentarily our mind gets filled with fear,apprehension, and demotivation.Procrastination and avoidance seems to set in as a result.Sometimes,demotivation can persist and paralyse our will to do what we wanted to do before in our life while other times we do something half heartedly. We find life challenging and everything seems impossible and tough to accomplish.As a result,we lack motivation and need that will power or zeal to fulfill our endeavors and reach our target.To solve those hard times of demotivation,reading daily motivational words and working upon them is the key to getting started with something we seek to achieve by efforts and commitment.

TYPE 2 DIABETES: A DEBILITATING DISEASE
Diabetes is a debilitating disease which is linked to multitude of other health problems like heart disease, kidney failure, blindness or more which may require lifelong care and rehabilitation if left uncontrolled. It not only affects physical health but deterioration of the general well-being of a person. According to a medical dictionary, type 2 diabetes is a condition characterized by high blood glucose levels caused byeither a lack of insulin or the body's inability to use insulin efficiently. Type 2 diabetes develops most often in middleaged and older adults but can appear in young people.[4] Insulin is a hormone secreted by pancreas to control blood sugar. When our body’s insulin isn’t able to signal properly then the glucose (sugar) from the food stays as it is and may remain too high. It is a disease marked by high glucose levels in the blood and impaired metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, caused by the body's inability to respond effectively to insulin, combined with inadequate production of insulin by the pancreas. The disease,which can occur at any age but typically develops in middle-aged and older adults, often begins with no symptoms, is associated with obesity and inactivity, and may be managed, depending on severity, with dietary changes, an exercise regimen, and oral or injectable medications. Type 2 diabetes is also called non-insulin-dependent diabetes or non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.[5].

WATER
We all need water to survive. Lao Tzu quoted “Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.” Water is an essential component of most bodily functions. Our body is composed of about 50 to 75% of water while about 75% of newborn’s body weight accounts for it. Blood plasma, or the liquid part of blood, is about 90% water, and nearly all our bodily systems depends upon water to function effectively. Human body has no other way to store it as reserve and needs fresh supplies every day. It will be apt to say that water is life. A quote by Leonardo da Vinci illustrates this fact by stating “Water is the driving force of all nature.” Similarly, Jacques Yves Cousteau quoted “We forget that the water cycle and the life cycle are one.”

God gifted humankind a magnificent and irreplaceable nature and its scintillating beauty nourishes our soul. The renowned English poet, John Keats, said- “A thing of beauty is a joy forever” which is what all nature lovers feel whenever we hold exquisite flowers or nature walk or sun bathe on a cold day. Spending some time out in the nature provides an inexplicable sense of tranquil awareness. Nature’s beauty is eternal, infinite and soothes our emotional as well as physical senses. Its existence can not only be seen, heard or touched but can be felt with unparallel amazement, pleasantness and freshness.
