Gaming in 2019
I love video games, they make me a very happy girl. And 2018 has been pretty good, we've had Detroit: Become Human, Red Dead Redemption, God of War, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, to name a few. And these titles have filled my hours with intense emotion, exhilaration, and fun! And 2019 looks like it'll be just as good. These are the games that I am particularly looking forward to.

Lavender Is Pretty Special
Calming Effect We all could use some advice in trying to stay healthy and sane in this crazy world, and most people are aware that lavender is incredibly soothing. It has even been used by dentists to calm patients, which is a miracle because it's impossible to be calm at the dentist's. Lavender is great for calming anxiety and helping with insomnia, it also improves the quality of sleep. Sleep is important guys. Some people have the habit of rubbing Lavender oil on their chest before bed, some put it on their pillow, and some even rub it into their feet. It certainly beats unnatural sleep aids.

They can make an individual feel miserable in their own skin, lower their self-confidence, and make them believe that there is something wrong with them. According to BeatEatingDisorders.com, eating disorders effect around 1.25 million people in the UK alone, and the numbers are rising. Can anything be done? The best way to begin to solve a serious problem, is to understand it and how it effects victims individually, who is at risk, and finally how to support and help the people suffering.
