They also have an exhibition on how sailors and aviators were oriented from the beginning of aviation and how difficult everything was. In the museum I learned to use a sextant. It was an exposed one to play with and I was always curious to understand how it works.

A Thousand Pounds of Dynamite
Wednesday, August 27, 1980. 12:30 a.m. The helicopter thundered over the darkened forest, heading west, rising into the mountains beneath an almost full moon. Even for FBI special agent Dell Rowley, a slight five foot nine, the narrow cargo space behind the two front seats was a tight fit. The helmet and Kevlar vest he wore over his black fatigues, and the weapons he carried, did not make it any more comfortable. But the pilot was supposed to be alone, so Rowley had to stay where he was. Besides, the copilot’s seat was occupied by three canvas money bags, stuffed with cut-and-bound bundles of newsprint calculated to match the weight and volume of almost $3 million in $100 bills—and $1,000 in cash, to complete the effect.

How was the visit to the 9/11 museum in New York
Today is the commemoration of the 9/11 attacks in New York, and you're sure to hear about it on the news. I may have said this before, but I caught those moments live on TV. It was a coincidence. I had just finished high school, I was on summer vacation and accidentally fixed that day and at that time I turned on the TV on Euronews, a channel I usually didn't watch. Euronews was just breaking news about a plane crashing in New York and pictures of one of the buildings. I saw live how the second plane hit the second WTC tower, their collapse, images from the street as they appeared and so on. They stuck in my mind.

Learn to love yourself
The source of all the problems is the belief that we are not good enough and that we do not love each other enough. It doesn't matter how long we have perpetuated a wrong belief, because we can change it at any time. The moment of power is the present. The only thing we have to deal with at any given moment is a thought, and a thought can be changed. Now we can choose to think differently than we did a minute ago.No matter what the problem is, our life experiences are only external effects of our inner thoughts. Even self-hatred is, in fact, hatred of a thought you have about yourself. If you think, "I'm a bad person," that makes you feel trapped. If you didn't have the thought, you wouldn't have the feeling. And thoughts can be changed. Change your thoughts and negative feelings will disappear. From her decades of experience, Louise Hay shares 10 extremely powerful exercises that will help us to love and accept ourselves.
