The way we think can make or break us in many ways.
Thought's Well, that's what we are here to discuss and by the end of the lesson, understand. First, we must come to a realization of the changes we want to establish for ourselves. We need to become aware of what it is we are intending to change in order to have it be possible to even make a change.

A Good Technique Turned Bad
Think About This Some time ago, way before any of the technological advances we see in front of us nowadays existed. There had to be a way of creating such objects. We may just go and click and everything starts loading, playing, downloading, the actions go FOREVER! All the apps, devices, games, you name it, it has code behind it. See, what most people seem to neglect or not take the time to understand, is how the systems they use on an everyday basis actually came to be. The structure and foundation of the product coming to life, in order for us to do our everyday tasks. We as people rarely appreciate the amount of hard work, effort, and time that goes into everything we use. Society seems to just always want the next best thing, have it go faster, more powerful, seems to never be pleased or satisfied with what we have been given.

A Time of Mixed Emotions
The Happiest Time of the Year A time to rejoice Oh, joy! It's that time of year once again! Oh, what a time the sweet smell of freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven. The sounds of holiday movies coming from the living room, the chatter of extended family members that haven't been seen in years all in one room together. Utensils clinking and clanging while everybody digs into the holiday dinner.

The Meaning of Hope
Hope... such a small word, holding such great value. I remember the times where I had NO.....Hope I know Im, not the only one who has felt this way or a better way of saying it is "lack of feeling". The times where it's just an empty hole in your chest, a void where all dreams go to die. Nothing good ever comes from this deep darkness, only negative feelings are felt through NOT having this ONE feeling.

Living With Bipolar
The Diagnosis At preadolescence, I was experiencing these periods of emotions that would seem to come in waves, in no particular order. The gravity of these feelings at the time was too much for my young mind to comprehend what was happening to me. There weren't any signs or events that were or would happen that would have caused these amounts of extreme emotional feelings to occur.

An Awakening You Never Saw Coming
How do you view yourself? When you think of yourself, what comes to mind? Reciting the above is how I keep tabs on my current mental state of mind. As we get older we realize how important our mentality is, how much it contributes to aspects of our lives. Going through past events it's clear to tell how crucial mentality actually is. You might be thinking, what is this guy talking about? Let's do a little exercise so we are all on the same page and understand exactly what I'm speaking about.
