The Dreamcatcher’s Curse. Content Warning.
With the sun sinking below the horizon, Riverview, a little town, was covered in dark shadows. Hannah Miller put her daughter Emily to bed in a modest two-story house on Elm Street. The seven-year-old held her beloved plush rabbit, its tattered fur a reminder of many cozy evenings spent together. Could you please hang the dream catcher over my bed tonight, mom? Emily enquired, her big blue eyes sparkling with both fear and hope. Hannah smiled, brushing a strand of blonde hair from her daughter’s forehead. "Of course, sweetheart. It’ll catch all the bad dreams and let only the good ones through."

Shadows of the Past. Content Warning.
The streets of Edmonton were eerily quiet as Liam walked home from the pub. The chill of the night air bit through his jacket, and he pulled it tighter around himself, quickening his pace. He couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching him. Glancing over his shoulder, he saw nothing but the empty street and the dim glow of streetlights. Yet, the sense of being followed persisted, gnawing at the edges of his mind.
