Long-Ears The Mage
Deep in the Hills of Many feet, there lived a family of Lapine warriors, each gifted with incredible strength and dexterity. Swift-Foot, the matriarch, led the clan with pride and cunning, ensuring their survival in the wilds, where society could not reach them. His three sons, Tall-Leap, Wind-Eyes, and Grass-Step, were trained in the ways of the hunter, exploring the plains and forest edge in search of food so that their clan may survive the harsh winter to come.

In Darkness
"It was supposed to be a simple expedition..." These were the words uttered by Jonathan, our leader and head archaeologist at the Apex University. The remainder of his group sat silently around the flame of a makeshift torch, their last ember of hope. Only the four of them remained, everyone else having been swallowed by the darkness around them, the screams still echoing through the dark tunnels.

Yggdra
"By blood we are borne, and thus by blood we shall fight!" These were the words spoken by the men and women of the Yggdra Clan, the defenders of the Nine Realms, and to whom humanity owed a great debt. The Aesir Gods had grown tired of the affairs of Midgard, declaring war upon humanity in order to put an end to the chaos. Odin, the All-Father, led the charge personally, wiping out countless villages with his spells and trickery. He sparked wars between Clans, started whispers and rumors that there were plans to overthrow one king or another. Thus, mankind was divided, and Odin's army of Dead Warriors grew ever larger, an omen of things to come. Thor, son of Odin, took a more personal approach to the purging, attacking village after village in a drunken rage, storm clouds following his every step.

Book of Fortune
The day had started as many others had before. I woke up, logged into my computer, and started to immerse myself in a fantasy world, my only escape from the harsh realities that my life seemed to be filled with. I took to the web, opening an online game, my only contact with others... I was a bit of a shut in, which was made obvious by my dingy apartment and my dwindling supply of food.
