Bio
Hi,
A few days ago I put myself this question: what would i like to do if i had to live only a couple of months, so that I find out what is my purpose in life. And this is how I realised that I enjoy helping people in need.

Best ways to achieve self control
In today's fast-paced and highly demanding world, self-control has become a crucial skill to navigate through life successfully. It is the ability to resist immediate gratification to achieve long-term goals and to live your life the way you want to. Whether it's resisting the temptation of indulging in unhealthy food, staying focused on important tasks, or managing our emotions effectively, self-control plays a vital role in shaping our personal and professional lives.

ESP
ESP, these are extra sensorial perceptions, that are very related with intuition. Mind reading, sensing that a distant relative or friend is in trouble other phenomena not associated with science are examples of things that fall under the category of extrasensory perception (ESP).

Keep trying
Why does everyone say that the road to success is paved with failures? Because if you experience setbacks repeatedly, your only option is to persevere, explore new problem-solving approaches, and wait for the moment when you’ll find a solution. And believe me, that time will come. There are moments when life may seem cruel, but if you observe your surroundings closely, you may discover the beauty that exists, even in our darkest hours. Life is fleeting, so prioritize your health, family, and finances. Determine exactly what you want to do and find joy in it. Rid yourself of negative thoughts and be mindful of fear, greed, hate, doubt, arrogance, and malice, striving to eliminate them from your life. Focus on competing with the person you were yesterday, rather than comparing yourself to friends or colleagues...

The flower that you grow...
The mother and her teenage daughter are having a fight because the mother wants her to learn about history, so that she can expand her cultural horizons. The 15-year-old girl says that she already knows a lot of things that the mother doesn't know and that she constantly surfs the web to learn about things that interest her. The mother keeps saying that she is still a child and that she must keep learning to achieve what she wants in life. The child says, "Hey, I'm not a robot." They quarrel, and the mother is feeling exhausted because she wants a good relationship with her child. She keeps saying, "We will get through this period of adolescence together." The child is crying and says, "You know, Mom, you don't understand, when you grow a flower, and you keep growing it and growing it... finally, it will burst... if you keep yelling at me all the time, eventually, I'll yell too..."
