The Apex Legends
Blisk looks down from his cruiser on the battle stained landscape. Explosions and gunfire blast sound like incorrigible taps against the glass in the bridge port. “This is what the Outlands are made for,” Blisk said in a rejuvenating breath. Screens around the viewport display viewpoints of the legends of the match, statistics and bets. “To think at first this was all to replenish my mercenary squadron but now the apex games have risen to something greater!”, Blisk joyously gestates towards the screens.

Two children with empty eyes and shattered hearts emit a sorrowful tone that breaches the void. Civilizations clash violently but ultimately bring them salvation from their ills.

Star Wars: A Galaxy Far Far Away but Close to my Heart
Star Wars. Like the title crawl in the beginning of the films, it helped me soar into the cosmos. I watched the original trilogy vhs until they were raw. I was there for the redone trilogy, the prequel trilogy and the sequel trilogy in theaters. The fandom was toxic but it only shows how much they were passionate for the universe. Writing fanfiction about Star Wars was always my passion. I believe everyone can contribute to the universe as a fan. It provides a medium where we can express ourselves.

Amber laid in the hospital bed in the center of the room surrounded by an isolating plastic container. Green pustules covered her body and her eyes glowed a neon green as they darted from left to right aimlessly. She was fine a moment earlier, Amber was conversing with her family and friends that were reassuring her that she'd be okay. Then her eyes became neon green and she became a different person. The doctors were rushing to study the readings on her and the guards were fighting back the loved ones trying to help her. All but one person was still in the room.
