Chapter Four. “Who’s file would u like to look at first?” Chief Bob asked as they walked over to the police station.
Chief Bob didn’t speak as he led her through past the front desk where a young male apprentice was who smiled politely at them and they kept walking until they reached the end of the hall where a door had a sign that read, A. Wright, Lawyer.
Chapter Three. That night Claire slept on the couch, if that is what you could call it, she had kept the fire burning all night and only slept very lightly, flinching awake at any noise, especially when the wind blew and rattled the window shutters.

Chapter Two. "What?" Claire didn't know why she asked that, she had heard him perfectly clear but it had sent a chill throughout her whole body, her breath had gone ragged and her chest cramped up.
