The importance of knowing basic medical care at home
I was once a first-aider when I was in secondary school. At that time, I was only memorizing the steps to a particular first-aid SOP for the sake of competition without truly appreciating the importance of knowing them. However, as I grow older and more mature, I realized that knowing at least the basic of first-aid can go a long way when it comes to attending to an unfortunate event. Especially an event that involves your beloved family members such as your parents or young children.
