Album Review: 'To Better Days' by Slaves
In light of the brutal murder of George Floyd, the band made a statement that they will be changing their name. This is the final album under the name Slaves and is the first album with new vocalist Matt McAndrew. This album is in the point of view of all things that go wrong in someones life, and just looking for a way out. An absolute banger album with heavy chords and beats throughout. Let's dive in!

Album Review: 'Pink Elephant' by Stand Atlantic
Stand Atlantic has been one of the hottest and fastest climbing bands in the pop punk world in the last 2 years. Their sophomore album, does not disappoint. The title itself tells you just what this album is about. Normally when someone sees a pink elephant, it is the cause of drunken hallucinations, and this album walks you through the life of an alcoholic. From questioning life to using liquid courage as a coping mechanism, you will NOT be disappointed and will bop your way through this album!

MEET THE TEAM
Welcome to Music You Missed! We are so excited to start releasing more content about the world we love most. Music. Our goal is to bring honest and fun content to share with you all, including music reviews, playlists, bands we are listening to and so on and so forth. Music You Missed is something that started on twitter as a fun way to tweet about pop punk bands/the lyrics you are constantly singing in your head throughout the day, and a fun way to connect with the pop punk community. The account was created by Noland back in 2012 and throughout the years grew to something bigger. Noland then met Mackenzie through a mutual friend in college, and they met Paige through twitter. We all have evolved to different tastes in music over the years and want to share it with you. The one thing all of us have in common is that we love sharing music, and love sharing our opinions. All originally from the midwest, we are just a group of kids who bonded over the shared love of pop punk bands and who never really got out of the emo phase. Get to know us just a little bit more! Connect with us, and keep up to date on the vast world that is the music industry. If you want us to check out your music/or bands you think we've missed out on, DM us on Twitter or send us and emails at [email protected]. Make sure to also follow us on Twitter here!
