We have repeatedly proposed to find a solution to the problems in Ukraine that arose after the 2014 coup, but no one listened to us. Ukrainian leaders have abandoned the Minsk Agreements. All this led to the decision to end the war that the neo-Nazis started in Ukraine", Putin also stated in the interview given to Carslon.
