I'm Write about Tomorrow
Eldridge Grayson was probably one of the unluckiest men who had ever graced this planet. He was neither black nor white. He was neither Jew nor Christian though his mother was fair and Jewish, and his father was black and Christian. He perhaps felt a little more affinity towards his Jewish clan for the simple reason he had been raised by his Jewish grandmother. However, every time she attempted to indoctrinate him into Judaism, his father would swoop in and declare that his child was not going to be a Jew. Eldridge’s grandmother would contest by saying Jews are born through their mothers. She had tried to get Eldridge circumcised when he was a babe, and his father swooped in and declared, “not my child.” She had wanted to enroll him in Hebrew school. His father appeared at the doors of the shul one day, saying, “I did not approve of my son coming to Hebrew school. After which, his father then asked him, “aren’t you glad that I got you out of that?” To which Eldridge replied, “Father, I want to go to Hebrew school. “

Libra
Libra Let’s start with our supposed strength. Number 1 is Cooperative, and I am very cooperative as long as everyone is willing to do things exactly as I want them. Number 2 diplomatic, oh, that is me to a tee, that’s why I can’t understand why I’ve been fired so much. I mean, on my last job, I am pretty sure that I told my boss he was the biggest idiot I had ever met. After he had turned down an 11,000,000.00 investor that I lined up for him, oh boy, was I diplomatic. I used no foul language when I informed him that with another brain, he’d be a halfwit Number 3. Libras are gracious; I can be every other Sunday as long as there is a bottle of Medoc around. 4.Fair-minded, I want to be fair, but life and GOP don’t give you a lot of slack on that one. Social – Sure, as long as everyone leaves me the f**k alone. So, Let’s hear it for my strong points. Hoora----y!

Living in Daddy's Closet Part Two
Chapter 4 The School Year The University of Pacific was one of the most beautiful places in Stockton, especially during the autumn. It had an Ivy League look to it. The reds, yellows, and browns of the leaves made the campus looked like a modern mosaic, and the autumn of 1953 was stunning. Early morning September 8th, Lillian and Harlan arrived at the archway entrance of UOP. Harlan sported his new brown pinch-back suit, with a very pale blue shirt and a wine color tie. His shoes were brown Florsheim wingtips. He looked quite stylish. The taxi driver took out Harlan’s luggage and said it on the sidewalk.

Living in Daddy's Closet
Chapter 1 Sometimes, I wonder if there are people who do try to be happy. Both my parents made decisions in their lives, which led to so much unhappiness, but I suppose it was all unintentional. These decisions were made to cover up real feelings, secret desires, and to maintain the facades the society wants to give us.
