The Present December 1st, 2020 I woke up this morning, with a pain so immense that it nearly forced me back into unconsciousness. I groaned and clutched at my stomach as I curled myself into a ball, fisting the blanket in my hands as I let the tears fall. To be fair, it's only been a year, yet every time Johnny visits my dreams I feel as though it's been a lifetime.
