The Weight Loss Plan That Actually Works!
Low carb, high fat, vegan, keto, vegetarian, etc...what do they all have in common? Proponents of this diet all believe that their way of eating is the superior choice for weight loss. Low carbs advocate that a higher fat diet will lead to a unlimited stream of fat that will just fall off the body. Low fat dieters will claim that dietary fat is the culprit for their muffin tops. Who is right you may ask? Well, both! The premise behind every fat loss plan is to reduce calories to where you are burning more than you are consuming each day. This will ultimately result in a shrinking waist line and smaller jeans.
