Sleep Tight- It is a meditation
We often hear our mothers and loved ones saying "sleep tight". For us, it seems like a gesture of care and saying good night. But there is the real meaning hidden behind those words. Our body is like a machine, to function properly the mind and body needs rest. It can't work 24 hours. The body automatically heals the tired and workout tissues while we are asleep. There are many effective ways in which we can have a better good night's sleep every day. So it is safe to say that Sleeping is a meditation.

Have you thought of a system or centre, where an organisation can find the solution to every problem when they need it? From manufacturing to marketing covering every aspect of the organisation. Have you thought of a set of people with a diversity of knowledge in various areas coming together and sharing their ideas when needed by the organisation? Nowadays many organizations operate in the Center of Excellence or CoE.

I'm Obsessive- Compulsive about the placement of my things.
Have you met someone who does not like a messy house? Or have you met someone who is compulsive about the placement of their things at the right place? And most importantly tidying up the place constantly? It's good to clean your house and stuff but I am vocalizing about constant cleaning and arranging things every day. For others, it might seem perfect but for you, it's not. Have you heard of the term OCD? Probably they have Obsessive Cleaning Disorder.

What is the one thing that comes to your mind, when you think about travelling? Mountains, or beach or city or island? The question is confusing. I indeed liked beaches. Mountains were always no for me. I hated travelling to mountains as I had mountain sickness. Living here in Switzerland for the past years have changed my mind completely. I still don't like mountains but if we talk about the Alps mountain range, I am always spellbound.

It is not a secret that Chocolate is not a name but it is an emotion. Whether we are happy or sad, or sometimes if we feel emotionally drained, Chocolate is the ultimate therapy we need. Consuming chocolate releases happy hormones named endorphins which instantly relax your mind and brain. There is a saying that stress would not be so hard to take if it is dipped in Chocolate.
