Join the club! I've struggled with anxiety since I was 12 years old, and it wasn't until I was 18 that I first went to therapy. The following is just a bit of what I learned from my therapy sessions; specifically, it's advice I was given which you can and should practice on your own: no payment to a therapist needed, only a desire to improve your mental health and overall quality of life.
