I would like to preface this story with a little announcement. THIS PROFESSION NEEDS MORE RESPECT. For a while after my experience as a dancer, I thought that if I ever told my parents about it I would apologize but I came to realize very early that there is nothing to apologize for.

Steven the Sleep Paralysis Demon
Some of us have experienced sleep paralysis, some of us have not. Some sleep paralysis is really awful and sometimes it is just a mild bummer. Those of us that do experience it, can sometimes hallucinate some really terrible things. I don't know the science behind sleep paralysis except that it happens when the brain wakes up before the body, the brain panics and decides to wake up the body in the only way it knows how.

Steps To Healthy Love
Against my better judgement I have made myself another coffee and decided to start typing again. If you've read my posts up to this point, or know me off the internet, you know that I talk a lot about my bodily functions. We can attribute that to being raised by a man who believes the world needs scented fart corks.
