Dear 2021 Me: You're going to use Vocal to make this year one of the best. I know right now you think the world can't get much better, but we are going to try our best to strive for happiness, greatness and success. We worked hard in 2020, despite everything, and we deserve a good break.
The year 2020 is coming to a close, and naturally it's only right for us to reflect on what we've done this year. For a lot of us, we've not done much! 2020 hasn't been the year we expected it to be (throwback to New Years: WELCOME TO A NEW DECADE IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT AND - oh, what was that? 2020 is cancelled?!)
Okay before you all start thinking I'm crazy, I know twenty-twenty has been a year full of Sugar Honey Iced Tea - and that is the polite way of putting it!
So, it's lockdown 2.0 in England and the home workouts are back! No gym, just cardio around the nearest park, and leg and ab workouts all while you binge a new show on Netflix. The winter season has kicked in here in the UK, and it has brought all of its cold air and dark nights with it. It's definitely NOT the type of weather that's going to get you motivated.
