Marigold, Made to Last
Her strawberry blonde curls bouncing, Marigold ran into the house in a rush and scurried off to her bedroom to hide away from all the hurt this world had to offer. She flounced herself onto the bed, and buried her head into the pillow, forlorn, her face filling with tears so quickly that she couldn't even see her surroundings. Maybe it was better that way - the bullies outside her house window didn't deserve her attention, but they made her cry everyday, anyways. But if she couldn't see him - that terrible kid Johnny Gaines, with the blonde curly half afro, the flashy smile, his populace of a following and bullying behavior towards his peers - that's what made his looks and charm not matter, on the reflection of the merit of his heart and character towards others - let alone experiencing it first hand at school.

Refurbished Renewals
Something that I enjoy as a creative hobby and outlet that completely gives me peace is making wreaths. My favorite type of wreath to make is the upcyled tire rim. It's like Disney's take on princess wanna-be turns reality for cars and car parts that go from Tom-boy fatale to the ultimate girly-girl in a heartbeat, and surprise everyone else in an unrecognizable fashion that sticks forever in their minds, and awe-struck hearts.

Fashion is to Shoes, as Life is to People
If what you see here is the stereotype chic go-to of classic red faux-leather high heeled boots -- overrated, over-done, and far too common-- believe me, gal-friend (or guy friend-fashionista) you're not alone. But there is a certain danger when we start to view things, and, even people, in this overdone, far too cliche stereotypical light.
