Julia walked in a queue along the circular, grass-laden path of the Stonehenge, its majestical Sarsen stones towering over her tiny figure. Her friend Maggie walked alongside her; the air was filled with excited murmurs of her classmates. Kate, the class teacher, kept shouting instructions about adhering to the prescribed walking formation and following her as she made her way towards the inner circle of the prehistoric monument.

The onslaught of Covid brought along with a drastic change in my lifestyle: reduced physical activity resulting in increasing weight with the accompanying feeling of bloated-ness. With an intent of taking greater responsibility towards my physical well-being, I started focusing on cultivating this habit of running in the morning since Dec 2020 and have not stopped since.
4 Simple Habits
In the month of Dec 2020, I decided to start running (again) daily. Back then I weighed around 95 Kg and I was determined to get back in shape and start feeling leaner and more active. Fast forward to today, daily running coupled with a intermittent fasting diet help me shed around 7 Kg (and counting). The decision to stick to these two habits consistently has helped me reap many benefits starting from feeling better to higher stamina throughout the day.
