HEY MOM WHAT'S FOR DINNER?
falafel pita sandwich jollof rice As you may know many great dishes are the one made by non-Americans. Don’t get me wrong American’s have some tasty dishes as well, but if you travel different countries your taste buds get a rude awakening. I mean if you go out of country the first thing you want to do is eat. So you look for a restaurant that will fill your belly and entice your taste buds.

LET'S GET CREATIVE!
Good Morning ladies and gentlemen. In today's class we are going to crochet tunsian graphcan pattern. The first thing to know about crocheting is that patterns are designed for different levels of expertise. There are beginner patterns which is like the granny square used to make blankets or ponchos and there intermediate level and expert levels. This pattern can be determined as either intermediate or expert (difficult). Like the corner-to-corner crochet pattern and the Graphgan. The corner-to-corner crochet is a lesson for a different day and personally I find it a little more challenging.

My Dear Mum
My mum she stood 5 foot 10., 165 pounds, I grew up in Brooklyn NY in an area known as "Little Sicily" my dad was Italian You would think. That this woman would not be very agile. But yet she managed to always be in my face when I least expected it. My mom was loving and kind. And I was her only child. However, I was not ever spoiled. You know how they say, spare the rod and spoil the child and how they always say that the only child is a spoiled child. Not in this house. There are times that I remember. when I didn't do as I was told to do. It always seemed that she came from out of nowhere to make sure. She disciplined me.

Black In Business
I admire Madame C.J. Walker. Not only was she a woman but a black woman. She already had two strikes against her, and another for being born in the time where there was way too much hatred. Hatred not just because you were a woman but because of the colour of your skin.
