A Dance with Grandfather Owl
Flamenco for me is like coming upfor fresh air. I love the concentration levels it requires, it has the capacity to create a portal into the unknown.Its the levels of surrender, the sounds of the nails stumping with el cajon take you into a sort of trance. Its the guitar, it strombs at your heart and you flow...you flow into a space where you are infinite.

Grandmother Snow White
Grandmother Snow White (yes that's her real name), starts her day at 5:00 AM daily. After connecting with spirit, she tends to her garden one plant at a time. She greets them, she asks for fruits and tells them: "No other plant can make flowers for me the way you do." She treats each one specially unique and she also does this with everyone she meets. Her actions taught me that no matter what mood disguise people bring, they turn out to be, the exact energy exchange we need at any given moment and time.
