My Story
Monday the 3rd was my 29th birthday. The weekend before my big day was AMAZING! I received so many thoughtful and wonderful gifts. The day of my birthday was even better.. well I thought it was. I was supposed to start my period that day.

Compliment Vs. Sexual Harassment
This is my personal story of what I have gone through as a women in today's world, and my opinion on the issue. We are all aware of the #metoo movement, where women and men are coming out about being sexually harassed. As a women, I have been sexually harassed multiple times. As a young women, I thought it was just a man complimenting me. As I have gotten older, I have realized those men were praying on me and sexually harassing me.

I Survived Hurricane Florence
It all started Tuesday September 11th at 2 PM. I was sitting in my office, working like any other day, when the Hurricane warning alarm went off on my phone. Right after that I got a notification from the city that they had a mandatory evacuation in place as of 2 PM on Tuesday the 11th. Everyone in my office started unplugging computers and prepping the office. We were then told to go home, pack and leave the city.
