I Talk Too Much and It's a Problem
This week I kept getting in trouble for interrupting my best friend and talking over her. I swear that the things I needed to say were important. Do you ever listen to someone but you heard what they said already during the exact conversation you are having right now, so you stop them and go "I know, you just said that". Well, I do that a lot.

Popsicles were invented...by accident.
We all love popsicles. Our kids all love popsicles. We have popsicles on our hot summer days and at every birthday party. Plus, popsicles pretty invented any frozen dessert with a stick in it. A handheld frozen dessert on a stick! What a magical invention. Yet was invented by accident by an 11-year old boy who left his cup of water with powdered soda mix in it, along with a stick to stir it, outside in the cold weather overnight.

Get Your Creativity Back During This Pandemic!
This pandemic has officially gone on for a year, and I am BORED! I have gone through some serious struggles this year, with me moving three to four times, to my mental health going haywire and completely digressing. Now, I am ready to get back on my feet and start making money. I need to do something with my life.

Consistency isn't real, is it?
Sleeping is such a huge deal for me. I sleep just fine, but I tend to oversleep when I sleep. I sleep for around 12 hours a day/night. Now, this would be fine, if I slept around 10/11pm, woke up around 8/9am. That is a good amount of sleep, since we humans only need 8 hours of sleep.

Life Without a Room...or a Home.
Life has been hard recently. Yes, Covid-19 and the whole pandemic has made things hard, but even I had an apartment during the pandemic. But...I developed a lot of stress and couldn't handle emotionally, and I had to move back to my home state and leave my apartment because that is where my insurance plan was. I had to leave my first apartment with my love...now my ex...and my 2 cats, they came with me, but we all had to give up our lease, because I was not the only one with health problems that needed to be addressed back home.

BPD: Impressionable or Motivated?
Living with Borderline Personality Disorder can be hard, especially when I tend to be really venerable to what others think and say. Maybe it is simply the fact that with BPD, I think others are more worthy than me, therefore, there word means more than my own.

Professionals Don't Always Know Best
For years, I was plagued with physical illness's like nausea and headaches. Sometimes my migraines would be so bad that I would fall to the ground and just squeeze my temples, waiting for it to end. My nausea would be so bad that I had to stay in my bed all day, unable to even enjoy a simple car ride. Everything I ate, made me bloated and sick. This was an every day thing for me, not like it stopped me from eating food or anything, I always kept up with eating, I LOVE food. That is why I was so upset. I went to the doctor every few months for blood work, my primary care doctor had me on Zofran for years for nausea. She gave that to me about 5 years ago and still to this day, I get nausea on a daily. I have gone through periods where I had acid reflex and could not eat ANYTHING with citrus at all or else it would just come right back up. I was SO tired and just wanted answers.

I am in control of my self-control.
People hear self-control and assume not having it is a problem. But when you are self aware of yourself, are you really out of control? If you know why you do the things that you do, and you can recognize the signs of you starting to get out of control, isn't that a sign that you are learning self-control? Is there something that you can do when you are feeling out of control, something you can do to transfer that lack of control, somewhere else?

Herbal Medicine Should Be Primary
I am not exactly sure why everybody does not choose to use herbal medicine over any other form of medicine. It confuses me because herbs have been around since the beginning of time; making herbs the first method of medicine and healing. If the ground we walk on provides us solutions to the problems that the ground itself creates, why don’t we use those solutions? Instead we use things the earth provided us, add chemicals and lab based ingredients to it, and call it medicine. Does it help? Sure, but there is also a very high chance you will develop negative symptoms the first day to the last, and don’t forget the lifetime effects it has on your body and mind; but your cold is gone, isn’t it?

VITAMIN D - THE SUPER VITAMIN ENCYCLOPEDIA
Vitamin D is an essential vitamin you can get from the sun. It helps with things ranging from depression, to weak bone and teeth health. It helps with your immune system too, which is a vital part of life! With enough Vitamin D in your diet, you should have a very high chance of not getting sick when everybody else does. Vitamin D should be a part of everybody’s daily vitamin intake, I think it leads to a very happy and healthy lifestyle. If you can’t get ahold of a Vitamin D capsule, then you can eat things like Salmon, Canned Tuna, Egg Yolks, Shrimp, and Mushrooms! I also drink Orange Juice and Soy milk, because they have added Vitamin D too and their delicious.
