What's Happening To Me?
There are things going on with me. I’m not certain what they all are, only that they exist in abundance. I feel that if they don’t stop something in my mind and/or my body may harden forever because it’s so tight. Even if they harden into diamonds, I’m not sure I will want that.

I’m Not Addicted, Are You?
As Americans, we’ve all likely seen the ad that says, “This is your brain, this is your brain on drugs.” The war on drugs has shaped our impressions of what taking drugs and medications mean, and a stereotypical image of what an addict is. It doesn’t help that the words “dependent” and “addiction” have been so often used interchangeably, making many people think dependent people are addicts. That isn’t true. Create A Motivating Morning Routine
I’ve always been a night owl. My mother told me that even when I was a baby I’d be awake at 3:00 o’clock in the morning, silently playing with my toes. I was a quiet dream of a baby, but she couldn’t get me to sleep! I’ve passed up jobs because I knew I’d have trouble getting up early. It’s easier for me to stay up all night than to wake very early. I now get up somewhere between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. I used to get up between 9:30 and 10:00.

Create Your Before-Bed Routine
So often when you go on social media you see posts about morning and evening routines. I feel, at times, it's something we should all know how to come up with on our own. Alas, we don't seem to be able to. I, too, have read articles, watched videos, and read entire books that talk about the routines of our lives. And here I am, about to put my own skin in the routine game.

Your House Is On Fire!
I’ve been making some progress with decluttering my house. Yesterday I watched a video on YouTube about a topic that had been swirling around in my brain. The video posed a question. If your house was on fire, what would you take with you?

My 3 Favorite Ways To Manage My Mindset
Mindset is something you normally hear in entrepreneurial or self-help circles. That's unfortunate. Mindset is important in all our day-to-day lives. Mindset governs everything we do, say, think, believe, and every decision we make from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed.
