Leaders Only Have Plan B
Part of the reason many businesses fail is the lack of encouragement managers give their staff to be part of that business, they employ people to do what they want, in the way they want it to be done. The delusion of business owners and managers is that someone coming up with an idea that could make the business better is a threat to the tenue of that manager, as the manager feels they need to figure everything out themselves.

In 2003 the film Bruce Almighty was first released in the UK, a film that explores the idea of what really happens we do a Random Act Of Kindness, through Jim Carries character who believes he is better than everyone else in his TV career so curses God when his boss overlooks him for next news anchor position. So, God hearing his curse offers him the chance to do his job, and after a short spree of selfishness realises that prayers were going unanswered.

Create The Life You Want
If we want to be happy in life then we need to create the life we want, not that of what society tells us. We don’t have just live this repetitive life of go to work, to get the money, to get the energy, to go to work. We should always be able to do what we want in life, but we have to do out there and get it.
