Getting Cryo Cold
Cryotherapy is becoming a familiar term with whole-body cryotherapy locations beginning to bloom on every block of major cities. I first became interested in cryotherapy based on reviews of the therapy, especially being someone interested in trying new things, so I signed the waiver online and booked my appointment. I can barely remember my first experience but felt like a “fish out of water” given the natural flow of everyone else in the studio. When my three minutes started, I stepped in a vertical, cylinder- shaped tank where I was lifted higher into the place where I handed over my robe and was face to face with the tech. I understood the need for a watchful eye but did not understand why the tech needed to be standing on a stool face to face with me, asking questions the entire time. I left feeling somewhat invigorated but also that I had missed out on the experience due to the chit-chatting with a stranger about my day that had barely begun while they were face to face with me, naked. I was left with no desire to return.

How To Begin A Gluten-Free Lifestyle
When deciding on a new nutritional path, it’s important to remember that what is healthy for one person may not be for another. For me, I had studied about transitioning to a Gluten-Free way of eating long before I made the change myself and embraced my curiosity throughout the transition, which is especially important when your body reacts differently to any change expected. Even if you have a perfectly normal interaction with gluten, it is best to reduce the overall amount of gluten consumed daily.
