Ashley works very hard and is also teaching her kids the importance of working hard. She keeps both kids on a tight schedule, as she is also on a tight schedule. Both kids play sports, are heavily involved in their churches youth programs, and as a family they all participate at the local shelter where they feed and interact with the homeless.

12 Dimensions of Wellness
About five years ago when I began pursuing my career as a life coach, I was introduced to the Wellness Wheel. I was already familiar with the seven dimensions which is emotional, intellectual, physical, social, environmental, financial, and spiritual. But the program I went through was about the 12 dimensions of wellness. This course changed my life and helped to shape my career path.

Setting Goals
What are goals, and why do they matter? A goal is a future task created which a person or group of people would have to work for. One might want to buy a car, so a goal would be to collect enough money to buy a car. A student in school would have a goal of getting a degree or certification. A person might even have a simple goal of waking up at a certain time in the morning.

Motivation
By definition, motivation is the reasoning for doing something. We are motivated to work because of bills or to maintain a particular lifestyle. We are motivated to eat because we need food to function and live. We are motivated to move from spot A to spot B because something compels us to. I'd like to call those, everyday implied motivation acts of reasoning.
