Resurrection Defeat Death
Apostle Paul was a pharisee. He was very familiar with the law and treated the law preciously. He had strong passion to follow the law to live his life. However, the more he tried to obey the law, the more he found himself a weak person with limitation. He couldn't have peace and freedom in his heart. After he met Stephen, he was shocked at the peaceful face when Stephen died. He had tried so hardly to pursue the peace and joy but he couldn't have.

If You Believe, You Will See the Glory Of God
The most shortest Bible verse is "Jesus wept". This is the story in John 11. Here records a story of death and resurrection. When we look at the story, we find the very strong emotion of Jesus and the emotion of another two women, Mary and Martha.

The Victory of The Cross
Is the cross a failure? It looks like a failure. It looks very foolish. The Lord seemed unable to do anything for himself. He looked so vulnerable and weak. The cross becomes a stumbling block for many. And the cross may also become a stumbling block for us in our path of faith if we couldn't explain our own suffering and link it with the cross.

If You Are a Panda Lover
Recently, I went to Anshan Zoo with my mom to have a close up view of panda. If you are a panda lover like me, you may subscribed to the channel of panda on your mobile phone. Two things I do every day before I go to bed. One is reading the Bible. Another is watching the updated videos for panda. You may know about "Bao family" in Korea or "Huahua, Menglan" in China.

In Love There is No Calculation
In the history of salvation, God gave Adam a command which is you shall not eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge. God gave men command to protect his freedom to love. But after the fall of Adam, human being grabbed and killed others without law. In the time of Exodus, God gave the Israelities ten commandments through Moses and men enter the age of law. When Jesus came, he opened the era of gospel and showed us unconditional love and forgiveness.

Put Out Into the Deep and Let Down Your Nets for a Catch
Luke 5:1-11, Matthew 9:35-38 This is the scene of calling the disciples. What is the calling from the Lord? Now we open a totally different world. Now it is time to fish for people. Jesus spoke two sentences in this part. He said, 'Don't be afraid." The fisherman will fish for people. He will save many souls. This amazing commission is given to this fisherman. If we lose this point, we will be like salt lost its saltiness. What is the purpose for our lives? To become the disciple of Jesus is to save many souls.

True Repentance is Our Foundamental Healing
Love is the ultimate meaning for our lives. That's the reason we are created. I still remember I wondered about the purpose of my existence when I was a freshman in the college. When I got the answer from my Bible studies on Genesis 1, my soul agreed and said "Yes, love is the most foundamental reason for my life." And after my eight years of Christian life knowing about the son of God, my savior, I still felt I was just a little child in the lesson of love.

The Life Style of A Servant
Recently I came back to my hometown in the north village in China. I lived the country life again after being alone in Shanghai for several months. I felt so lonely to live in Shanghai by myself and so happy to live with my family members together again. The weather in Liaoning Province was very dry and clear. The nature scenery here was so pure and peaceful. I felt an instant healing when I gazed at those corn field and green hills. It helps me forget all about the stress and sadness in the big city.

Enough Grace in the Time of Tribulation
Romans 5:3-5 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
