At first, when you look at the title of this subject, you would imagine that this article is erotic and sexy.
When patients come to see me, the first thing I look at is their tongue and nails, this is because what the body shows us outside, is often an early sign of potential problems brewing within. As a child I always remember every doctor I went to see, would first say, "Stick out your tongue." But for some reason that I do not understand, this has become a lost art in the diagnostic skills.
It's a summers day, the grass is lush and green and soft beneath my feet. The air is full of butterflies and other insects, and the bees go about their daily task of pollinating the flowers and making honey, something they have done for thousands of years. To my right is a line of ancient oak trees. The soft breeze gently blows through the leaves, creating dappled patterns of light on the forest floor. However I would challenge this and say that we can all and are all hypnotised on a daily basis. The difference between going to a hypnotherapist, is one is conscious and the other is not.
