Musallam Raan
There are two popular versions of Mutton Musallam Raan, one in North Indian Style and the other in Mughlai Style. The North Indian Style is milder in flavor and less spicy compared to the Mughlai Style, which is known for its rich and spicy flavors. Both styles involve cooking the mutton in a sauce made with spices, onions, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes, but the Mughlai Style also includes additional spices such as cardamom and cinnamon, which gives the dish a distinct flavor.
