How To Regain Energy
This is for all the introverts, the neurodivergent's, the empaths, the overworked (yes, that includes parents) and those feeling burned out, because a lot is demanded of you or you're perhaps feeling overwhelmed in a world where you are expected to constantly be present, to interact and to 'conform' or people please.

Being a shadow worker
(TRIGGER WARNING: mentions or rape and abuse later on in this article.) Over the last 2 or 3 years, I feel this need to hold a mirror in front of everyone's faces and show them the parts of themselves they run away from and don't want to see. Not to be rude or annoying, but to help them heal because beyond all that painful stuff, you gain more self-love, appreciation for yourself and other, more self-respect. respect and understanding for others, there's just so many more pros than cons.

5 Alternatives To Network Marketing
ACN, Avon, Herbalife and many more companies are great for your average extrovert with a large social circle, that enjoys talking to strangers, the average person who is employed in a good job where they have hundreds and hundreds just lying around that they don't have to spend on bills or living expenses, that they can conveniently use to pay those hefty but apparently necessary sign up fees for these God awful companies that drain you of your soul and livelihood (and your bank account) before you get a penny out of these "business investments".

What To Do If The UK Has A Third Lockdown
DISCLAIMER: This article is written from a British perspective. Needless to say, the first lockdown hit the hardest, many non-essential businesses being forced to close, self-employed businesses such as hairdressing, forced to discontinue (didn't stop one woman from working during lockdown, show 'This Morning' ) It is predicted that life will not completely return back to normal, until the summer of 2021.

Top 5 Most Common Phobias
When we are born, we're born with the fear of three things; the dark, loud noises, and falling down. As we become older, we are socialised and talked into not being afraid of things and this is especially the case with boys and men. However this does not stop us from becoming afraid of things, some phobias are extremely peculiar such as the fear of evenings or the fear of mustard (yes, those are real), which brings me to the five most common phobias.

How to Become the Best Version of Yourself
Some will, some won't, so what? Who's next? To become the best version of yourself, it starts with not allowing things that are out of your control to have any effect on your mood or mental health. The quote "some will, some won't, so what? Who's next?" is usually motivation for people who sell to others for a living.

The Most Epic Rock & Metal Bands
There are way too many bands out there that sound the same, but are on the front page of Kerrang magazines, on all the commercialised rock and metal websites, and print media, but how many bands that don't shout inaudible noise into a mic for four minutes that has no emotional and musical depth do you actually know of?

What Is the Meaning of Life?
I remember when people used to ask this question to Siri, and of course Siri would have a programmed, set and limited amount of responses to this particular question. You would ask "Siri, what's the meaning of life?" and Siri would respond with "I don't know, but I think there's an app for that." You would ask Siri again, and she would respond with "42," you would ask a few more times, only to receive the same answers, then have your attention snatched when Siri catches you off guard and gives you a different response that you weren't expecting her to give you, like "Life: a principle or force considered to underlie the distinctive quality of animate beings. I guess that includes me."

How to Accept Your Sexuality
My Teenage Romantic Interests and Crushes I remember being nine years old, gazing at my year five teacher's umm... assets shall we say? I also remember the embarrassment when I got caught staring at her in that way. But I also remember thinking: "No, this is wrong, I can't be attracted to women, look at men instead and just suppress your feelings," I told myself.
