(Most) Modern Rap is bad?
(Note: whenever I say “rapper,” I am saying a majority, not all rappers) As a musician and fan of (most) music, it pains me to see, rather hear, poor musicianship in modern music. How “Life on Mars?” Changed My Life
A year ago I was in a dark time. Everything seemed to fall apart around me. The one thing I could never figure out was, why? Whenever something collapses, usually there is a physical reasoning behind it. I was lost in my thoughts until I discovered this song, “Life on Mars,” written by David Bowie for the album “Hunky Dory.” This dramatic, intense piece of music reflects upon how our lives become the world around us. The Shoreline
This photo shows the shoreline of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland engulfed in fog in the early morning. At the time (about a week ago, week ago) I was camping in a cabin near the bay (it was in walking distance) and it was freezing. My inspiration behind this photo was a step into the unknown; a fear I have always possessed. Over the past year or so, I have been taking a series of photos with the same message to overcome this fear of mine.
