Happy New Year
Personal Note: Being that 2020 has gone, and 2021 has begun, I would like to thank everyone here on vocal who has given me a chance and who has read my content. Last year was very challenging for me and my family but we have been very blessed none the less. With that small token of hope, I hope that this year will be full of healing and positive energy for us all. Thank you everyone and Happy New Year!
KD's POV As I left the house, I started to get this weird feeling as if I were forgetting something. And then a reminder popped up on my phone, "Get the RING"
KD- "Babe, can you picture it?" It's been 3 and 7 months. Every dream and nightmare. Every fight like pulling teeth. Giella- "Yeah. I'm proud of you."
The craziest thing just happened to me. I honestly don't even know where the hell to begin. Let's start at the beginning of September. I was 20. I was excited about turning 21, because I'd finally be legal and won't get in trouble for the "adult indulgences" that I had been doing.
FIRST CAME CHEER At the age of 16, I became a little league cheer coach for my hometown's football team. Being that we were in our hometown, we knew the parents and the children. We were all connected in some way, so the bond that we had was very family oriented. With that being said, the territory came with us being able to put the parents in their places when they had a little too much to say, "Why don't the girls have practice uniforms?" This was the main question for the cheer coaches of all the squads (Flag, Mighty-Mite, Pee-Wee, Juniors, and Seniors).
