My Review "RuPaul's Drag Race: Season Three"
As a die hard fan of RuPaul's Drag Race for many, many years, I have watched every season and every episode. With being a religious viewer of RPDR, you would think I'd have reviewed all of the seasons but I haven't yet! I thought while being in a global pandemic, it was the right time to do so.
Power To The Pandemic Workers
When the COVID-19 outbreak and global pandemic was first announced, many of us got into a state of panic, worry about our future and what it holds for us. In my case, I was worried, and thought it may have been an overreaction, a situation similar to SARS but not as serious.
My Review of "Tiger King"
If you are reading this article and you haven't seen Tiger King yet, here's a heads up because I'm about to drop some spoilers!
My Review of "RuPaul's Drag Race: Season Two"
I have been an enormous RuPaul's Drag Race fan for a long time and have also seen a couple of RuPaul's queens perform live. I haven't really had the time to review each series at a time but now that we're under a worldwide lock down, I figured I'd take the time to do so.
My Review of the Briogeo Banana and Coconut Superfood Shampoo and Conditioner
When it comes to hair care, I didn't really care too much about the products I was buying or what I was putting into my hair. I have frizzy, combination hair (curly and straight but more on the curly side) and never liked it growing up. I used to buy products that were two in one (like shampoos and conditioners), heavily scented and that have a bunch of chemicals in them that I couldn't pronounce. Now, I am making more conscious purchases when it comes to my hair.
My 10 Favorite Beauty Products of 2019
I'm someone who very rarely wears makeup (I wasn't always like that). Way back when when I would wear a full face of makeup every day, I would accumulate so much makeup that it was overwhelming.
My Review of "RuPaul's Drag Race: Season One"
Let me start off by saying I have been a massive RuPaul's Drag Race fan and have seen every episode from every season as well as seen a couple of the Drag Race queens perform live. I've never taken the time to review the series season by season up until recently.
Why Jean-Michel Basquiat’s Work is Timeless
Over time, art has depicted history, changes in the world, society, economy, and emotion, amongst other things. As art is subjective and personal to us, the thought crosses my mind: “How does an art piece withstand time and still be appreciated in current time?” Art over time has depicted landscapes, moments in history, personal moments in our lives, and parts of different cultures, to name a few. Culture displayed in art is one of the most powerful results. Art and culture co-exist and work hand in hand, both positively and negatively. Art is a product of culture and culture is a product of art. Here is a bit of history on Jean-Michel Basquiat, why he's one of my favorite artists and why I consider his art to be timeless.
