I'm a sucker when it comes to movies with action, suspense, drama, and twists within—and this movie is just that. I went into watch this movie without watching Unbreakable, but have watched Split, so I was curious to see what this movie would be like. I was a big fan of Split and had a general knowledge of the story of Unbreakable, so I had a good feeling I wouldn't be completely lost without seeing all of the movies in this trilogy.

Wish has taken the internet world by storm this past year. Wish is an online E-commerce shop that sells everything from clothes and home décor to blackhead removers and plush stuffed animals for an extremely low price, which are all sold by different sellers. I see their advertisements everywhere: Instagram, YouTube, and while reading online news articles, you name it. I regularly watch YouTube videos and there was a spiking amount of people doing "Wish hauls" where people purchase a large amount of items from Wish and share their first impressions, try-ons, and final thoughts about the products. I barely knew anything about the store, but I was curious to see what the hype was about.
When I hear the words “Canadian Art,” I think of the words unique, experience, stories, expression, culture, and growth. As a people, we Canadians are immigrants, a mosaic of people that come from all over the world bringing their cultures, religions, practices, values, views, and lifestyles to our country. From this, we have shared our stories and learned from theirs as they have ours.
Ever since I can remember, art has fascinated me. It has always been part of my life, but I never thought about its history—how certain ideas and movements came about and what was the artist's inspiration. Now being a student of the arts, the opportunity to research what has always fascinated me has pushed me to find out the base of all my curiosity.
