The Love of The Sun and The Moon
Unable to live an eternity without each other but separated by the skies They are only able to meet for a short while But when they do they create a scene so beautiful A visual representation of making love Declaring their passion by painting the heavens And inspiring artists, poets and romantics alike for generations. Until the moment is lost again. The moon is pushed away to pull the tides And the sun is sent to light the skies The moon cries in constellations all night And the sun burns in anguish too bright Until they meet again then the two lovers can reunite….
