I love foods that delight all of my senses, and this is one of those. It’s easy to prepare, inexpensive and is a low carb comfort food. This only has 9 g of carbs (4 g of net carbs) per serving! Every Keto follower’s dream dinner!
We place way too much emphasis on eating the “right” foods or following the “right” diet. Find what works for you, make the lifestyle modification and go for it. I find that the modified Keto lifestyle works best for me and my recipes reflect that. Feel free to modify them so they work for you.
Our bodies need proper nutrition to operate in a peak state. By proper nutrition I mean nutritionally dense foods, such as organic whole foods, not take out, fast foods and processed foods. With that said, most fitness/health minded folks think of food in terms of macro-nutrients (protein, carbohydrate and fat).
